Cofundi, as a sign of commitment to service and quality of our products, is in the process of installing and configuring an automatic casting in our green molding carousel. Is already installed the ABB robot casting and fuser tower COMBIMELTER 1200 which represent much of the investment. During the first quarter of 2014, we are working on connecting the various components that must interact, and we wait for the beginning of the second quarter of 2014 to have 100% of this infrastructure.
This installation and operational improvements involved, allow us to increase line productivity by 10%, while will increase the quality by increasing the cooling cycle of the boxes and the homogeneity of the filling process
