There are different casting processes such as injection and gravity die casting. Our core business is gravity die casting of aluminum with sand and die casting, but we also offer solutions for injection molded parts.
Since injection moulding is a pressure process, a higher volume of production can be achieved than with classic die casting.
The injection process is frequently used in the automotive sector, where the series are very long and the pieces are small.
Our most complex and heaviest piece weighed about 3800kg. We like the challenge and are open for new projects.
Our core business is based on gravity aluminum casting. But the advantage of being a business group is the flexibility and breadth we can provide. That’s why we can also offer you injection solutions.
It depends on the type of mold. We normally calculate a 12 week deadline for the mould and a 6-8 week deadline for the tooling and first samples. Once we get your acceptance we start casting with the series. If you need the pieces very urgently, our commercial team will find a solution with you.
We carry out quality controls from the beginning of the entire process of the production of parts. Among them we check the quality of aluminum with a spectrometer, the qualities of aluminum with the test machine, we control the hardness and quality of the sand, we measure the thicknesses and carry out non-destructive analyses with the x-ray machine. In the following link you will find more information about our quality controls.
