Then we recommend the heat treatment process.

In our factory we have an oven with which we can perform various heat treatments. The most common treatment is T6. However, we can also carry out other heat treatments to your requirements.

The heat treatment process is carried out in three steps:

1. Heating or annealing according to the desired temperature profile in the oven

2. Automatic cooling in water immediately after completion of the annealing process.

3. Cooling to eliminate internal stresses on molds.
