NON-DESTRUCTIVE MATERIAL TESTS, USING FLUOROSCOPIC.

To ensure a high standard for casting quality, we perform X-ray checks of random samples cast with EidosSolutions’ ME CABINET CNC radioscopy machine.

An analog sensor and a gigaE CCD camera ensure brilliant image quality with high contrast. In addition, the device also has a modern flat screen digital detector.

The speed of each axis can be controlled proportionally, so we can get a high quality inspection of the samples and series.

In total, there are 5 axes whose speed can be controlled proportionally, so that we can obtain a high quality inspection of the samples and series.

Due to the complete digital image that we manage to have in both Video and Photo, it is possible to analyze the piece 100% and detect the smallest defects as well as porosities, cavities or cracks.

Since the software is connected to our internal system we can send you direct information.

The machine is capable of measuring parts up to 750 mm in diameter and 1200 mm in height and weighing up to 120 kg.

Our service includes radioscopy testing for a partial amount.
